Herky Chopra

Herky had a deep meditative upbringing growing up in India with exposure to wisdom teachings and the guidance of an enlightened Master.


She immigrated to the US at the age of 20, and even though Herky held a successful corporate Project Management career after her MBA, her deepest passion was always practicing and teaching meditation.


She is also a certified Life Coach and helps busy professionals find well-being by creating an inward shift and tapping into higher levels of self-compassion, self-worth, joy, and inner peace.


For the past 14 years, Herky has deep-dived into various modalities in personal development, positive psychology, mindfulness, coaching, and spirituality integrating east-west wisdom teachings.


In her own journey raising three children, and a full-time career, Herky has found meditation to not only be her constant companion in feeling grounded and overcoming the stressors of modern living but also find meaning, joy, and inner peace in her daily life.

Course Structure

Week 2: Mindful Presence & Stress Reduction: You'll learn how to break free from anxiety and overwhelm, and stop overthinking, ruminating about the past, or stressing about the future. This week is all about helping you achieve a sense of calm and peace in your daily life.


Week 3: Mindful Body: This week is all about attuning to your body signals, nourishment, and dealing with chronic pain, We'll also cover topics like emotional eating, mindless snacking, and overeating. By the end of this week, you'll have a better understanding of how to take care of your body and mind through mindful eating habits and techniques for pain management.


Week 4: Mindful Work & Focus: We'll explore how you can make your work more fulfilling and less overwhelming. We'll cover topics like work-life balance, focus, and creativity, and provide you with practical tools to help you thrive in your career.






Week 5: Mindful Relationships: Strengthen relationships through deep listening, effective communication, and setting boundaries that align with your values and needs. These skills can help us create more meaningful connections with the people in our lives and foster a greater sense of emotional intimacy.


Week 6: Mindful Movement: This practice involves using our bodies as a tool to ground ourselves in the present moment and cultivate awareness of our physical sensations. A simple mindful walk can improve our physical health while also reducing stress and anxiety.


Week 7: Mindful Manifestation: Bring in more abundance, wealth, and healing by consciously directing your thoughts towards your highest purpose, removing negative thoughts and doubts, and practicing gratitude. Let’s create a more positive, conscious, and fulfilling reality for ourselves, and the planet.


Week 8: Mindful Living: Finally, learn how to integrate all the practices into our daily lives. The goal is to move from a reactive, stressed state to a more mindful, present, and calm way of being. With consistent practice & and dedication, we can cultivate a more peaceful and fulfilling life for ourselves and those around us.
